Balloon trips only over La Garrotxa since 1992.
Flights all year round, on Saturdays and Sundays, and also on weekdays.

We lift off with the first morning light. Flight time takes 1h to 1.5h. Champagne and crackling pancake are served during the trip, followed by lunch consisting of roasted sausage and beans from Santa Pau, and bread with tomato spread on top served with an assortment of cured sausages.

Bodega Finca Manzanos, a family business devoted to the production of Rioja wine, has occupied an exceptional viewpoint over the cradle of Rioja Qualified Denomination of Origin wine, right where the waters of the Rivers Ebro and Ega meet, since 2002. Terra Natura is a new-generation wildlife park where you can discover the "Zooinmersion" experience -a new concept in habitat design which will enable you to come into contact with the animals as if there wre no barriers between you- at least, no visible ones! The 320,000 square metres of the Benidorm park are divided into four themed areas: Pangea, the entrace to the park, America, Asia and Europe.


Last friday barrera-cero.com visited Terra Natura, we could see that 100% of the park and expositions are free of steps and accessible on whellchair, all the restaurants have have their adapted toilets.

After the first International Mar y Sol Open 2009, now will take place at Amarilla Golf & Country Club the 2nd International Mar y Sol Open 2010 from the 29th to the 30th of November 2010. The principal aim of this tournament is for the promotion of golf as an ideal sport option for the disabled, providing the benefits of physical exercise, therapy and social integration with able-bodied golfers.

Organized by the Mar y Sol Hotel and sponsored by a range of companies, who support this project in the Canaries, the organizers anticipate able-bodied and disabled players from England, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Holland and of course from Spain.

All competitors have a recognized golfing handicap and all golfers – able-bodied and disabled - play to “The Rules of Golf”, as legislated by the R&A in Scotland.

The climate and surroundings of Tenerife and the collaboration of the Amarilla Golf & Country Club and Mar y Sol Hotel, are pleased to offer their facilities for this mixed ability event – The International Mar y Sol Open 2010.
