Crop Circle Confusion
Tuesday, July 14, 2009
Ive often wondered if ignorance is bliss? I'm a believer in truth but sometimes the truth is not always what we want to hear and often we wish we had kept our heads buried in the sand. This can apply to every aspect of our lives. I've come to realize that I believe in a truth that may seem quite impossible to others, crazy even. I blame my up bringing, we are all a product of our parents and truth be told, mine is a strange one. My teenage years were spent conforming to the norm, finding a religion, immersing myself in a life of routine and what was expected but I constantly felt a nagging. That little voice in the back of your head that wont seem to put a sock in it. So when I hit my twenties I was quite done conforming and I started searching for knowledge, the knowledge that went against everything I was taught in school and religion, but knowledge that made perfect sense to me and felt right.
UFO's, conspiracy theories, mind control, Illuminati, maybe even reptilian shape shifters but I haven't quite decided on that one yet. I believe in aliens, I believe that they've been here and come here from time to time and that they even shaped the human race as we know it today. Now for the whopper, I believe that crop circles are messages from our outer space buddies, I do realize that not all crop circles are authentic but the ones that are, need to be taken seriously. Please keep in mind that as I type this, I feel like a Charles Manson cult member, in other words a person in desperate need of being committed, but I like to think that I'm not the only one that thinks like this, there are other people out there, intelligent, credible people that believe in this as much as I do and I think we should all be as open minded as possible when it comes to knowledge that may not always seem plausible because of what we have been taught to believe.
A new crop circle has been discovered in Silbury Hill in England. The picture attached to this blog is the crop circle that's just been discovered. Pretty incredible....It's linked to the Mayan Calendar and if you don't know by now, the Mayan Calendar ends on December 21st, 2012. Some people believe it's the end of the world, I like to be a bit more optimistic and think that it signifies a momentous event, good or bad, I really don't know. But after Y2K, I highly doubt the world is coming to an end anytime soon.
Last month a 400-foot crop circle depicting a phoenix rising from the flames appeared in a barley field in Yatesbury, Wiltshire. What do these symbols mean? What message are we being given? and why are they always popping up in England? So many questions, so many interpretations, so little answers. I can't honestly tell you that I know a lot about crop circles, it gets pretty intense and technical after a while and let's just say I'm a creative not a techie. I decided to research, as I do everything, and see where I would land up. To my surprise I found a very interesting website created by a man who clearly thinks along the same lines that I do but has far more knowledge than I do on this subject. Here is the web address www.cropcircleresearch.com and for those of you who haven't completely dismissed what Ive said today and feel a nagging urge to check it out, please do. Till then I'll be reading more and more, should we ever stop in the pursuit of knowledge? Definitely not.
My shopping trip to Cartagena today turned out to be a 'damp squib'
Friday, April 3, 2009
This morning I decided to take myself off to Cartagena to indulge in a little 'retail therapy'; basically I wanted to hit some clothes shops, not that I need anything really, I just felt like it. Partly this was a reaction to the craziness and duplicity of the decisions taken at the G20 summit in London yesterday; if these idiots are going to engineer to debauching of our currencies by inflating
