World Of Tourism

As we get older, we start to see people and situations differently. By the time we are middle aged, we realize we've wasted so much time on the approval of others, that we don't care anymore and that's where freedom comes in. I've always been envious of the people that are so self assured, confident, intelligent. I'm extremely introverted and admittedly a bit of a cluts. I've always wanted to be the care-free spirit that was happy 99 percent of the time and didn't feel bound by the rules of society. The one that truly didn't care what people thought of them.

I've always cared and to a large extent still do. But why? That's the question I've been asking myself since I got back from my holiday. I came back and was hit by a wall of negativity, grumpy people, lips hanging on the ground and I spent the whole of yesterday trying to be the cheerleader of cheer, to my own detriment. By the time I got home I was mentally exhausted. So as I was sitting on the couch, wondering where all the laughter had gone, I had a breakthrough. Alright it was clearly an obvious breakthrough, but a much needed realization none the less. Why should I care?? It's not my job to make other people happy, it's not my responsibility to uplift people who have no inclination of uplifting themselves. Don't get me wrong now, I'm all for spreading the love, but from now on I will do it wisely.

Work smart, not hard. That's my new motto. If I feel the need to say something I will, if I feel the need to not explain certain things, you better believe that's my right and I will laugh and have fun with the people who are willing to participate in positivity not wallow in negativity while I pull them up by a string. Good things happen to good people who have good thoughts. I'm a big believer in the law of attraction and starting right now, I'm attracting love, peace, money (had to throw that in), laughter, joy, HAPPINESS!!!!! I will no longer stand on the sidelines cheering for the unworthy and disinterested. I have a sneaky suspicion this might be a lonely road but as the saying goes I would rather have two or three good friends than a hundred false ones. I hope I got that right, if I didn't, who cares? Life's too short, the cliches always ring true, we would be wise to take notice of them. Fabulous days all round!!
