Beyond the core infrastructure sector, the state government assured of guaranteed investments in the aerospace and automotive industries, agro and food processing and tourism.
The State Industries Department and the Karnataka Udyog Mitra has organized meetings in conjunction with the Association of Indian Industry (CII) and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry Museum (FICCI) as associate partners.
Bus overturns in Karnataka, 30 killed

At least 30 people, counting 10 children, were killed and 28 others offended when a Bangalore-bound bus in which they drove wrong way up and caught fire near Challanakeri area in the region today.
The bus hit a blockade and capsized, police said adding, its fuel tank caught fire. The incident happened around 2:15.
The driver was in the middle of those killed.
Twenty-five of the wounded have been hospitalized Challanakeri and three were taken to a government hospital here.
The Government has announce a compensation of Rs one lakh each to the relatives of the dead.
