Rathore's bail plea hearing today | Times Now

Punjab and Haryana High Court Monday (31 May) to hear the bail plea of previous Haryana DGP SPS Rathore.
Rathore, now stuck in Burail prison, moved the High Court with a review formally request seeking bail on medical grounds after a session’s court rejected his appeal against his conviction in the Ruchika case, and comprehensive his detention for 18 months from six months.
His lawyer wife Abha Rathore begged the judge to hear the case on the ground that Rathore was facing serious health harms.
She started the process for a revise petition against Tuesday's ruling in the Justice SS Saron, argues that the appeal court had passed order under media pressure. High Court closes 29 for one month summer vacation, and it may make it difficult for Rathore to get some near the beginning relief.
May 25, 2010 Sessions Court rejected the appeal against the verdict Rathore's, and enhanced his sentence to 18 months. The May 27, 2010 Rathore wife stimulated the Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking bail on medical grounds for Rathore. May 28 2010 Punjab and the Haryana High Court adjourns bail plea in the hearing to May 31, it is today.

The predominant form of 20-year-old abuse case Ruchika Gihrotra increasing prison former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore expected on Thursday. Rathore has already been sentenced to six months in prison for molesting Ruchika.
Ruchika, a budding tennis player, was abused by Rathore on 12 August 1990 and she later committed suicide in 1993 after Rathore allegedly used his position in the police to scuttle all communication with him.
