Krakal Beach is a long white sand beach located 65 km away from Yogyakarta city, in Ngestirejo village, Tanjungsari sub-region, Gunung Kidul Regency. Krakal Beach is considered one of the longest and most beautiful beaches out of the series of beaches that stretches along the southern part of Yogyakarta. Other southern beaches distancing not too far away from Krakal is Kukup Beach, Baron Beach
