BNP Paribas Sued by Former Clients in Singapore Claiming Deception, Fraud

Bloomberg, 8 Dec 2010BNP Paribas Wealth Management was sued by two former private banking clients in Singapore who claim they were deceived into buying high-risk investment products that resulted in an $11 million loss.The loss was because of the global financial turmoil and the couple’s decision to sell the investments, the Paris-based bank said in its filing with the court.
