Another Taiwanese gets sentenced to caning in Singapore

Focus Taiwan News Channel, 13 Jan 2011Yet another Taiwanese citizen has been sentenced to the rattan cane in Singapore for loansharking offenses, the third such case within five months, Taiwan's representative office in Singapore reported Thursday.The latest offender is 30-year-old Chen Ci Fan, who was convicted Jan. 7.
