Former CapitaMall Trust CEO Plans S$1 Billion Singapore IPO Via REIT

NasdaqSINGAPORE -(Dow Jones)- CapitaMall Trust's (C38U.SG) former chief executive, Pua Seck Guan, is planning to raise about S$1 billion in an initial public offering through a real estate investment trust in Singapore, a person familiar with the situation said Tuesday. The REIT, to be launched by a property investment firm set up by Pua, will largely comprise Chinese assets, the person said.
