Intel finds design flaw in Sandy Bridge Chipset
The Manila Bulletin, 7 Feb 2011Last January 31. 2011, Intel announced a design flaw in a supporting chipset tied to the company’s “Sandy Bridge” Core-i processors and has announced a recall of the chipset. The chipset is utilized in PCs with Intel's latest Second Generation Intel Core processors, code-named Sandy Bridge. Intel has stopped shipment of the affected support chip from its factories.
