Singapore To Enforce Hague Convention On Child Abduction

Bernama.com, 22 Feb 2011SINGAPORE, Feb 22 (Bernama) -- Singapore will enforce the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (HCCAICA) which it acceded last Dec 28, beginning March 1.The city-state's community development, youth and sports ministry said today it had formed a central authority to implement its obligation under the convention.
