Singapore Jobless Rate Rises To 2.2% In Q4

RTTNews, 15 Mar 2011Singapore's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate rose to 2.2% in the three months ended December from 2.1% in the preceding quarter, latest figures showed Tuesday. But the rate was below the 2.3% recorded during the final three months of 2009.The jobless rate among residents for the same period was steady at 3.1%, the Ministry of Manpower said.
