Mazarrón Council to be forced to reverse EUR4mn excess garbage taxes

Mazarrón Council has had judgement passed against it in the Supreme Court of Justice forcing it to reimburse to citizens EUR4mn in illegally-raised municipal taxes relating to rubbish collection, plus a further EUR400,000 in interest.
