'Big boy' gets smaller!

As someone who has struggled to control his weight more or less all his life I have a lot of sympathy with others in the same predicament and who have obviously worked hard to try and resolve the problem. This gentleman (rough translation here) has obviously worked very hard to achieve what he has so far. Congratulations!PS/ My own 'before-after' story is here, but it's an ongoing struggle.
