The Reality
With the new law in place, it means that girls as young as 16 and 17 years old have the right to have an abortion without their parent's permission. I have always been pro abortion, I feel that women have the right to decide what they should do. In the case of rape, one can only imagine the detrimental effects on the mothers mental health having to raise her attackers child. It's a sensitive subject like religion or politics but its an issue that needs to be addressed, educating people on this subject is the key to overcoming this difficult situation. Every circumstance is different but with the world in the state that it's in, we don't need more unwanted children.
I am pro abortion but I don't necessarily think it's right, I think its a necessary step in cases that are influenced by the society that we live in today. If we lived in a perfect world, we could bring as many children as we want into it, but that is not the reality and we need to make the allowances for the problems we have at the moment.

Here, you will be able to get an almost 360 degree panoramic view of the whole city, as well as the outlying areas. There is actually a lookout point in the summit where you can go to get the best glimpse of the city. And it would be a good idea to bring in a pair of binoculars with you to better see the whole city.

A Noteable Gift
Courtesy of the Telegraph.co.uk:
A Spanish woman left three million euros (£2.6 million) in her will to help protect the Iberian lynx, the world's most endangered feline species.
The woman bequeathed a total of nine million euros to animal charities, one-third of which is to go to the lynxes, local authorities in Spain's southern Andalucia region said on Tuesday.
A six-year-old captive breeding programme for the lynx is based in Andalucia's Donana National Park.
The Madrid newspaper El Pais said the woman died in October 2008 in Spain's Canary Islands at the age of 60, but that little else was known about her.
Barely 200 Iberian lynxes are believed to remain in the wild, mostly in protected areas of southern Spain. At the start of the 20th century there were around 100,000 in Spain and Portugal.
But urban development, hunting, and most of all a dramatic decline due to disease in the number of wild rabbits, the lynx's main prey, have sharply reduced the numbers of the spotted cats, which can grow to about one yard in length.
The International Union for Conservation of Nature now lists the species as "critically endangered" - the highest category of risk for a wild animal.
Wild Life sanctuaries
The sanctuaries attract herds of species from all over to their temporary habitat that provides comfortable subsistence. During the season, the whole place echoes with enchanting sounds and fascinating visuals against the sprawling meadows of flora. Rajasthan is the haven of the tigers and many endangered species.
The leopard also called the panther here is found in forests and in open degraded forest areas with rocky outcrops adjoining towns and villages. The sneaky predator finds easy prey of unsuspecting village dogs, asses, calves and goats. There five lesser cats besides the two big cats. Besides a host of fauna there is a handsome variety of avian life too. Wetlands at Koeladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary at Bharatpur are a bird watcher’s delight.
One stretch of the "Camino de Santiago" is now Accessible.
One of the most innovatory and original bet from the “Junta de Castilla y Leon” to enhance the “Camino de Santiago” on the occasion of the celebration in 2010 of the Jacobean Holy Year is the adequacy of a small section of the route to the requirements of accessibility for people with limited capacity, mainly but not exclusively, with problems of reduced vision.
According to reports “La crónica de Leon”, the Board, through the Natural Heritage Trust of Castilla y Leon has already awarded a work destined to become accessible to disabled people such a stretch of road which will start from “La Cruz de Ferro” monument that leads to the El Bierzo region that descends to the towns of Molinaseca and Ponferrada.
The total budget for this work, which includes a number of other jobs on the road as it passes through Leo, consisting of carrying out tree planting, construction of rest areas and ships with boxes for horses, amounting to nearly one million euros (939,291 euros). Within the set of measures proposed include the construction in the vicinity of the Cruz de Ferro a small car park for disabled.
Also act on two sections of the route, one of another 100 meters and 150 meters where the current slope is 8% too high for the handling of wheelchairs and other types of transport for people with disabilities. It seeks to correct the slope until it was at 6%, as the best technical estimate of these transit vehicles and placing curbs on the sides delimiting the path.
Finally, for the visually impaired identify the different break points of the route, carry out the placement of a wooden beam cross the road. The end result will be a section adapted to a length of 980 meters, very modest beginning, considering that the Camino de Santiago has all the way over 800 miles, half of which run through the lands of Castile and Leon and over 200 in the province of Leon.
The initiative of the Natural Heritage Trust and the Junta de Castilla y Leon is worthy of being highlighted, and the fact that the first stretch of the Camino de Santiago accessible for disabled people in Castilla y Leon is located precisely in the region of Bierzo also should be a source of pride and satisfaction for this region.
There is still a lot of work to be done, since the Camino de Santiago has many black spots and very dangerous crosses several roads in the Community, in the province and in the Bierzo, but something is started. Perhaps it is not unreasonable to think that the next Year of St James, in 2021, all or most dela Pilgrim's Way is tailored to the disabled.
