Singapore ends October with 1 mln 3G prepaid users

Telecompaper, 27 Dec 2010Singapore has ended October with 7.213 million mobile subscribers, up from 7.178 million in September. The mobile penetration rate stood at 142.1 percent, up from 141.4 percent in the prior month, according to figures from regulator IDA.
