Singapore's new casinos boost tourism figures
Monsters and Critics, 22 Dec 2010Singapore - Singapore's tourism received a boost in 2010 with revenues up 47.5 per cent for the January-to-September period, the tourism board said Wednesday.Visitors spent an estimated 13.7 billion Singapore dollars (10.47 billion US dollars) in the first nine months of the year, including at two newly opened casino resorts, it said.
