Singapore private home sales drop to three month low

Property-report.com, 16 Feb 2011Private home sales in Singapore dropped 10.7 per cent month-on-month to a three-month low of 1,189 in January, according to the latest data released by the Urban Redevelopment Authority.Including executive condominiums, 1,544 homes changed hands with most sales coming in suburban areas.Analysts said the round of cooling measures implemented in January were
