Singapore Invests $134 Million To Help Low Income Students

Gov Monitor, 7 Mar 2011MOE has increased the quantum and coverage of bursaries to help students from lower and middle-income households cope with the cost of education in Institutes of Technical Education, polytechnics and universities.
