Marijuana and Mazarron: former chill-out zone?

The Guardia Civil have arrested seven people and accused four others of alleged 'crime against public health' in connection with the cultivation of marijuana plants in three locations in Murcia - El Raal, Mazarrón and Cieza. The locations where the plants were being grown have been dismantled and 72 plants seized. Amongst those involved were three minors.I wonder just how many more illicit
